Psst - Online Orders.
Due to the little fact of being over seas, attending the Auckland Art & Craft Fair and hanging with some very clever creative cats - any online orders made on Etsy and Made It between June 8th and June 17th will be mailed out June 18th.
The Kiwis Wanted To Know The Ins and Outs.
Now, I'm getting back into my (sick) bed with my kitty and a cup of tea to try and stay warm; who would have thought that this would be perfect timing to get the dreaded flu-bug-cough-sneeze-and-repeat :: not I!

E For Ethel.
You may (or may not, it was such a long time ago!) remember that I made my first ever trip to Adelaide last September to visit my sister (who has now relocated to Perth!) and hunt out some stockists in the lovely food-bowl state.
Whilst I was there, I was lucky enough to meet up with the gorgeous Amanda Matulick, at a very cool arty-indie-left-of-center pub complete with ice-dripping chandeliers, to talk business.
I love hearing others desires and wishes when it comes to small business and their passion for handmade - Amanda had the dream of opening E For Ethel in the pipeline and wanted to include That Vintage in her dream.
Fast forward a number of months and well, that dream is quite the sweet reality now!
Amanda kindly sent me some very gorgeous product shots taken by the talented Jennifer Sando and I just had to share them with you!
You can see That Vintage pieces pictured with some other well noted brands such as Delilah Devine, Kitty Came Home and Rekindle, just to name a few!

A Homely Embrace.
One of my all time favourite blogs to read whilst sipping a cup of hot tea is Studio Home.
A blog dedicated to showcasing talent from Down Under - New Zealand & Australia; what a neat idea huh? Embracing the ditch of water between us!
To celebrate That Vintage crossing said ditch of water to attend the Auckland Art & Craft Fair (plus visiting my "father land" and seeing some of my relatives!) Studio Home is hosting a giveaway for one of the new That Vintage Framed Winter Bird Brooches!
To enter, pop on over to the blog entry and follow the steps!

Picked By The People - Part Twenty-one.
The That Vintage Feather brooch got some serious Treasury loving over the past few days on Etsy - how delightful are these two treasury lists by ARTinVENICE and WestCoastGlass?

A Spot Of Tea.
The second part of the shoot on Thursday with Jesse Hunniford (L.U.S.Y Productions) was for the Tea Party range - this was such a fun shoot; the wallpaper that Ellie bought along was perfect; my favourite tea cups were featured, including the soft blue Royal Albert cup and saucer, which is one of my absolute pride and joys from my collection!
Jesse captured the very petite Tea Party jewellery perfectly - and Ellie did a fabulous job of looking fabulous!
Tea, anyone?

Framed.
Exhibit A.
Photoshoot with Jesse Hunniford of L.U.S.Y Productions and his beautiful lady Ellie - a classic black blazer, mustard yellow top, intense vibrant red hair and the new Framed Winter Brooches - of course, framed... with frames.
It took one model, one photographer and three assistants for this shoot - two (in which I was one of) holding flashes and one very kind Swedish gent taking on the title of "Frame Boy" - suspending the frame precariously in front of the camera.
Needless to say, I think that we are all experiencing the effects of "arm fatigue" - such a fun shoot and I'm more than impressed with the end result!
Kudo's to Mr Hunniford for being awesome.

To Keep A Scarf Around Ones Neck.
...you may need a brooch.
Ta-da!
Six new ornate framed brooch designs are now available over at the Etsy store (and soon on the Made It store) - a little photoshoot with the very talented Jesse Hunniford from L.U.S.Y Productions is happening next week to capture these beauties on an incredibly gorgeous lass, Ellie.
I am excited!
Hands up who loves winter?

A Home Amongst The Flowers.
This morning I made a special delivery of stock to the Kings Meadows Florist - Lauren was super duper quick to put them out in a beautiful display cabinet complete with bare twigs and branches... she is oh-so talented!
