Sometimes, You Should Just Stick To...

...Whatever it is that you do best.

I bought an icing kit today - pipe bag and nozzle type set up... found a relatively easy icing recipe and thought I was onto a winner.
I mixed the colours, to what I thought were, perfect... except in the photographs, the yellow looks a bit fluro-lime... not quite the shade I was hoping for.
I should just stick to jewellery.
Although, with saying that, I had a lot of (messy) fun and I kind of think my icing technique resembles modern graffiti art... or something?

Oh of course, the taste test.
YUM.

I LOVE stars! Have a great set of 8 different sizes. They're the only cookie cutters I own so everything I make that requires a shape is star-shaped. Lucky I like 'em so much! hehe...
Abstract icing works for me ;)
